Krawczyk & Partners legal office has prepared, on the instructions of the Ministry of the Economy, "A Guide to Employee Privatisation", addressed to state enterprises and companies with a state shareholding wishing to participate in the privatisation process.

Employee buy-outs, inter alia allows workers to actively participate in enterprise management, share in potential profits, as well as a co-investment and new directions for further development. Employee buy-outs may also facilitate faster and more flexible to adapt the company to changing market conditions.
