On 21st January this year a conference will be held at the Hotel Sheraton in Warsaw entitled "Mergers and acquisitions as a form of business development in Central and Eastern Europe", organised by TPA Horwath and Krawczyk & Partners law offices.

Among other issues presented during the conference there will be a detailed analysis of the benefits of mergers and acquisitions along with a detailed discussion of the successive stages in these processes. The speaker representing Krawczyk & Partners will be Michał Krawczyk, an expert in finance law and specialist in mergers and acquisitions. He will advise businesses on how to properly carry out due diligence for a transaction and how to limit the associated legal risks. He shall also present the typical models used in practise.

The conference is addressed to members of the management boards and financial directors of businesses, owners and shareholders of private companies, and management staff at all levels of management interested in the issue of mergers and acquisitions.
