A conference entitled "EMPLOYEE PRIVATISATION" with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Mr Waldemar Pawlak, and Under-Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy, Mr Dariusz Bogdan, will take place at the Ministry of Economy on 8th March, 2010.

The purpose of the conference is to present more detailed information relating to the government programme entitled "Supporting Privatisation By Granting Warranties and Sureties to Companies with Employee and Local Government Authority Shareholders (Citizen Active Companies)" adopted on 20th October, 2009, by the Council of Ministers.

Mr Michał Krawczyk, Managing Partner of Krawczyk & Partners - expert in the field of restructurisation and mergers, and heading up the financial law department of the law office - will present a lecture on behalf of the Law Office.
