When drawing up contracts we present business solutions, taking into account the needs of our Clients and at the same time thinking about maintaining a legally safe standpoint.

In the process of preparing contracts we take into account both the legal conditions and business goals that our Clients want to achieve by signing the contract. At the same time we do our best to fulfil the needs of our Clients in the most effective way by choosing the most suitable legal options.

We represent our Clients during the negotiations of contracts. On behalf of our Clients, we take part in negotiations of changes of already existing legal relationships or enter into negotiations of future legal relationships in cases in which our Client's  lawyers have drawn up the draft contract. We find optimal solutions - securing the interests of the Client on one hand and at the same time leading to effective and efficient realisation of its commercial goal on the other.
