We conduct audits of existing personnel structures and point out risks as well as ways of lowering staff costs in employment establishments. Working together with our tax department we find optimal solutions for payments made to employees and subcontractors, ensuring reductions in a company's operating costs or finding additional funds for employee incentives.

Working together with the contract law department we draw up management contracts and individualised agreements for the employment of a business's management staff.

With respect to the above, we develop, from the legal perspective, optimal incentive schemes and employee and management bonus schemes, with management options available.

We advise Clients on issues related to individual as well as collective labour law, the employer - employee relationship, collective bargaining agreements, and building of relations between the employer and trade unions.

We deal among other things with the drawing up of draft employment agreements and non-competition agreements. We represent employers in court disputes.
