One of our areas of specialisation is public procurement law. We offer a complete range of legal services to domestic and foreign businesses during the public tender process as well as during the implementation of public tender contracts. We provide advice and consultations and also draw up opinions on issues relating to public procurement law. We review and assess, in light of formal and legal form and wording, notices relating to public procurement proceedings, the wording of major terms and conditions of tenders, and also offers submitted by contractors. We draw up offers for submission by our clients or review such offers to check for compliance with the law and with the major terms and conditions of tenders. We prepare or review drafts of protests, appeals, and complaints submitted during public procurement proceedings. We represent clients before adjudicating panels at the Public Procurement Office National Chamber of Appeals and before regional courts adjudicating in legal actions initiated by contractors.

One example of our experience in this area is representation during proceedings for public tenders of a total value of over PLN 150 million, organised among others by the Ministry for Education.
