A team of specialists at the Firm provide advice on all aspects of real estate law, adapting the services performed according to nature of the Client's operations.

We advise on all aspects of real estate transactions, whether it be acquisition of land needed to carry out investments, existing structures, or shares in special vehicles which own those structures. We also advise on transactions relating to agricultural real estate and real estate for infrastructure projects.

To ensure safety during a transaction we carry out thorough due diligence reviews, examining all issues which might have an impact on the value and attractiveness of the real estate being acquired, the possibility of selling it at a later time, and its capacity for development - in accordance with the envisaged use - and point out problems or risks related for instance to: third-party claims, the designated use of land provided for in the local zoning plan, and encumbrances or missing documentation. In cases in which the transaction involves the acquisition of shares in a special purpose vehicle, consisting of the acquisition of an enterprise or part of an enterprise, depending on a given case, our due diligence analyses include the entire entity or enterprise. In cases of acquisition of real estate for the purpose of a planned investment, or structures ready for use, we also examine the legal risks connected with the tenants.

We deal with the regulation of the legal status of real estate to ensure that it can be acquired safely and the intended project implemented. Working together with specialists in tax law we develop optimal structures from the tax and legal point of view for the purpose of acquisition and subsequent commercialisation of premises.

We provide the legal services required for entire property development projects undertaken by our Clients - from creating the corporate structure for a given investment, acquiring real estate, to complete real estate commercialisation - whether it be residential projects or investment in office, commercial, or warehouse space. We handle Clients' affairs at every level including project finance, advising on all tax, administrative, and civil law issues.

We assist with obtaining the necessary approvals and permits for the transaction and planned project. We represent Clients in administrative proceedings as well as before administrative courts.
We also advise on the legal aspects of real estate management, and this means drawing up and negotiating real estate management contracts and drafting agreements for use of real estate such as lease, tenancy, and leasing agreements. We draw up agreements for use of jointly-held real estate, and represent Clients at meetings of co-owners of real estate. We represent Clients in court disputes and proceedings concerning land and mortgage registers.
