We provide Clients with legal advice on issues thst arise in connection with activities that limit competition, such as arrangements limiting competition and situations of abuse of a dominant position, as well as practices infringing the collective interests of consumers. We analyse and review plans and activities of our Clients in terms of legal compliance and recommend the best solutions and commercial and legal models under antitrust and competition law.

We represent Clients before the Head of the Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers and in court proceedings. We assist with antimonopoly proceedings - relating to practices limiting competition or concentrations and we also represent Clients with regard to practices infringing the collective interests of consumers.
