The topic of one of the editions of the magazine "Plus Minus" was online courts.  Can they hasten proceedings for court injunctions in Poland?

According to Julita Dąbska, a counsellor at law from the litigation department of the law office of Krawczyk and Partners, newly created e-courts will definitely hasten proceedings for court injunctions as well as lowering their operating costs.  They will also definitely improve the effectiveness of traditional courts.
