The next subject of the panel of experts in the series of THINKING AHEAD meetings will be how to safeguard a property developer's interests in a contract with a consumer in light of the changing market climate.

Experts in this area will discuss whether the position of a property developer has been weakened in light of the changing market climate and how this will affect the real property market in 2009. Another main topic will be how developers can protect themselves against cash flow problems of clients and business partners. The discussions will be chaired by Michał Kozłowski, Partner and real estate law expert at the law firm Krawczyk & Partners and Małgorzata Bojarska, an expert in construction law.
