The latest subject of the panel of experts in the series of Thinking Ahead meetings was the impact of the amendment to public procurement law on tender proceedings.

One of the issues considered by experts in this area was the changes the amendment to public procurement law will bring and which legal regime contracting parties will be able to use. The discussion was chaired by Monika Śmigielska, head of the public procurement practice group at the law firm Krawczyk & Partners.

The Thinking Ahead meetings are meetings of panels of experts enabling specialists in various sectors to exchange views and experiences.
