On 7th July, 2010, the next meeting in the THINKING AHEAD series took place. The subject of the meeting was a discussion of the changes in the act on land registers and mortgages, which will come into effect at the start of next year.

One of the issues touched upon during the expert panel was the effect of the update on the establishment of security on real estate, and in particular its impact on banking operations.

The meeting was chaired by the law firm's partners, legal advisor Michał Kozłowski, an expert in the field of real estate conveyance law, and legal advisor Michał Krawczyk, an expert in banking and finance law.
