On Thursday, 29th October of this year, in the conference room of the Krawczyk & Partners legal practise, a conference will be held devoted to the creation of shared service centres, organised by Ipopema Business Consulting and the Krawczyk & Partners legal practise.

Experts from Ipopema Business Consulting and Krawczyk & Partners will answer questions on how a shared services centre can reduce costs and significantly support the decision-making process in a company.

The experts will include: Ms Eliza Łoś-Strychowska and Ms Julita Rudolf (Ipopema Business Consulting), both with extensive experience in restructuring businesses with respect to the optimisation of processes, reorganisation and management. Michał Krawczyk, Managing Partner in the Krawczyk & Partners legal practise, will discuss the legal aspects of creating shared services centres and the most effective solutions in this respect.
