We examine whether prerequisites exist and requirements are met concerning notification of the intent to concentrate and concentration-related decisions issued by the Head of the Office for Protection of Competition and Consumers. We draw up opinions, the necessary documentation, correspondence, applications, and clarifications regarding this area.

We provide Clients with legal advice on issues that arise in connection with activities which limit competition, such as arrangements limiting competition and situations of abuse of a dominant position, as well as practices infringing the collective interests of consumers. We analyse and review plans and activities of our Clients in terms of legal compliance and recommend the best solutions and commercial and legal models under antitrust and competition law.

We represent Clients before the Head of the Office for Protection of Competition and Consumers and in court proceedings. We assist with antimonopoly proceedings - relating to practices limiting competition or concentrations, and also represent Clients with regard to practices infringing the collective interests of consumers.
