The group works on transactions, draws up opinions, and drafts contracts securing intellectual property rights, and also advises on transfers of such rights to other entities, in transactions and M&A projects.

By working with a firm of patent attorneys, we represent clients in proceedings conducted by the Patent Office, for instance relating to trademark registration. We also provide services such as: protection of utility models, transfer of trademarks, protection of patented inventions, and other types of industrial property rights.

We advise on the protection of brand names and trademarks within the EU.

With respect to our Clients' projects, we also work on court disputes and cases concerning infringement of intellectual property rights. We also provide representation in pre-trial proceedings, in negotiations with other entities to ensure effective protection of our Client's interests, and act as legal counsel before courts in cases of infringement of economic copyright or moral rights.
