We advise on the selection of the most desirable legal form from the point of view of the envisaged investment profile for the fund, taking into account for instance the intended recipients of the fund's services, type of planned investment and its diversification, and principles for distribution of participation units (investment certificates) within Poland.

We advise Clients on and act as legal counsel in proceedings before Polish supervisory authorities responsible for foreign funds' operations in Poland.

We also advise on the operations of foreign investment firms in Poland.

In addition, we provide services directly to investment funds and investment fund companies operating in Poland, including for instance due diligence reviews of the projects being carried out by those funds. Lawyers at the Firm advise on the acquisition of shares in both listed and non-listed companies. We also offer legal services for other types of transactions performed by investment funds and investment fund companies. We propose tax optimisation solutions based on legal issues dealt with in the Act on Investment Funds.
