We advise on the legal aspects of doing business over the Internet, reflecting in particular the rules, conditions, and restrictions provided for in the Civil Code, copyright, industrial property law, consumer protection regulations, provision of services by electronic means, database security, personal data protection, combating unfair competition, and prevention of unfair market practices.
 
With respect to the organisation of and provision of legal services relating to internet shopping services and other types of internet sites, we prepare client service rules as required by law for services provided by electronic means, as well as legal notices and regulation of privacy policy. We advise on issues relating to the handling of consumer complaints and claims.

We conduct due diligence reviews of entities whose business activities involve use of the Internet, with particular emphasis on intellectual property rights, rights to internet domains, and risks arising due to legal restrictions imposed on commercial activity in the Internet.

We represent Clients in negotiation and conclusion of contracts for the creation of and services related to internet portals, and draw up rules for marketing campaigns or promotional gifts on the Internet.

We provide advice on aspects of computer software copyright, draw up software licensing agreements, and advise on use of software made available according to the conditions of so-called free software licenses.
