We present Clients in proceedings before common courts and in arbitration proceedings. We seek receivables on behalf of our Clients and provide effective protection against claims filed in disputed cases.

We deal with civil law cases, principally concerning the execution of construction works, disputes relating to corporate relations, proceedings conducted under the Act on Copyright and Related Rights, and proceedings relating to combating unfair competition. We represent Clients in non-litigious proceedings and in selected types of administrative proceedings.

Using the many years of experience we have built up in this area, within the litigation department, we develop for business entities - including entities on the financial market - systems for securing receivables.
