We represent Clients before registration authorities and in all types of administrative procedure. We apply for licences to conduct specific types of activities, where required by authorities. We advise on the admissibility of launching a given type of activity or product on the Polish market, for instance IT companies, investment firms, and the telecommunications industry, and also advise on aspects of gaming and mutual wagers.

We represent foreign enterprises starting up operations in Poland, advising on the choice of form of those operations, and handling the registration procedures. We file notifications with the competent administrative authorities, declaring the commencement of activities in Poland by foreign entities.
