Michał Kozłowski specializes in real estate law. He is a legal advisor in many major transactions on the real estate market and in execution of numerous development projects. He has several years of experience in advising business entities which complements his theoretical knowledge, confirmed by his MBA. Kozlowski has vast knowledge on real estate project financing and collaterals, and he has also been active in banking and financial law.
Michał Kozłowski is well experienced in real estate development projects and offers day-to-day legal advice, including a wide range of legal issues related to the trade in real estate, development, and investment activities. The main areas of his practice include real estate-related issues in the context of civil and administrative law aspects, as well as in the areas of law related to the development process such as construction law, zoning, environmental law, and energy law. He participated in many real estate transactions in which he advised both sellers and buyers of real properties, conducted negotiations, and ensured that the transaction was executed safely and correctly. As a drafter of many contracts including the sale and leasing of land lease agreements as well as agreements concerning various forms of disposal or use of real properties, he acquired–during many years of practice–experience in drafting civil law agreements.
Kozlowski gained knowledge and experience during his practice in the area of real estate law and from many years of work related to providing legal assistance to business entities representing various sectors of industry. He also acts in the area of financial and banking law, in particular, mortgages and project financing.
Michał Kozłowski’s experience also includes many years of cooperation with renewable energy companies and legal advice rendered in execution of projects in this sector.
He also actively participated in the development of the law firm’s intellectual property practice by coordinating legal assistance provided to numerous advertising agencies, media houses, and PR agencies, whereby he acquired extensive experience and knowledge in the area of legal aspects of advertising.
