Anna Zeliaś is a legal advisor. At Krawczyk & Partners, she provides services on matters involving banking and finance law as well as restructuring. In addition, she advises on corporate and financial instrument matters, with a special emphasis on issues involving capital markets.
Over the course of her experience, she has participated in the preparation of a number of initial public offerings, and provided ongoing service and counsel for both companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and their shareholders, including advising on disclosure requirements for the regulated market. She has drafted and reviewed agreements and policies for the use of brokerage houses. Anna Zeliaś has authored numerous legal opinions and memoranda on financial instruments. She has participated in providing comprehensive legal service for a number of mergers and acquisitions, including those participated in by foreign entities.
