Remigiusz Stanek acquired much professional experience working at a law firm where his main concentration was anti-trust and commercial law. He worked for over three years at DZ Polska S.A., a subsidiary of Germany's DZ Bank AG, which functions as the central institution for the German cooperative banking sector. At the bank, he was responsible for the legal analysis of loan and hedging documentation, was a credit analyst, and worked in corporate banking on a team providing services to the German cooperative sector and structuring loan transactions in particular, including trade finance and hedging.
At Krawczyk & Partners, he advises mainly on banking, capital markets, and EU law, which includes working on projects involving structured bonds being offered on the Polish market, as well as preparing banking documentation.
